We are looking for a Civil Engineer (Land Development) to join a growing firm in the Nashville area. The firm works on a wide range of project types such as retail, multi-family, education, industrial, mixed-use, and more.
The responsibilities of the role can range as they are open to both a design engineer and an APM type candidate who is looking to develop their background towards project management!
Duties :
- Land development design including grading, drainage, roadways, utilities, and more
- Assist with project budgets, schedules, and deliverables
- Communication with clients, contractors, and local agencies
- Mentor junior staff
Qualifications :
- 3-8+ years of land development experience
- PE or ability to obtain within 1 year
- Experience with a wide range of commercial / residential land development projects
- Experience with AutoCAD C3D
