As a Regional Vice President of Sales youwill be in a lucrative 100% salesfocused role without having tofocus on service requirements you will be provided qualified leadflow to eliminate cold calling to put our client s highnetworthclientelefirst.
ABOUT THEROLE
- Manageyour business remotely from home to cover a local territory withindriving distance to present our client s wealth managementsolutions to highnetworth prospects you will be provided an expenseaccount by our client with all home office and travel expensescovered which includes a computer phone scanner printer and anyother essential expensesneeded
- Calland close qualified leads of highnetworth prospects that haveexpressed interest in investing with our client who have assets of$500k or more toinvest
- Meetwith prospects to evaluate their personal situation and providesolutions as well as educate prospective clients on the firm sservices
- Assistqualified consumers to become the firm s clients you will besupported by an internal dedicated portfolio management and serviceteam inoffice comprised of sales support client service andmarketing team which actively markets their services via directmail internet television advertisements and other mediums toreceive prequalified responses from interested investors who wantto discuss moving over their investmentportfolios
- Reportto the Director of Private Client Group Sales who will provide therequired resources you need to be successful within the salesprocess
Requirements
- 5to 7 years or more of selling to stock market investors within thefinancialindustry
- CurrentInvestment Advisor Representative designation OR Series 65 OR acombination of FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 OR qualifying financialprofessional designations orequivalents
- Extensiveexperience with bringing in new investor business highvolume phoneactivity and inperson meetings working as an investment advisor orexternal wholesaler with a strong track record of success in salesand bringing in new investmentassets
- Recordof sixfigure earnings in each of the past 3 years (pay forproduction compensationmodel)
Benefits
Commission / variablepaybased position$100000 base salary to start with a gradualstepdown decline to $0 plus uncapped commission that will increasesubstantially with commissions on any new sale for years to come;
compensation includes a percentage of estimated first year smanagement fees plus trailers for new business closed with anaverage total compensation of $300000 to $350000 and top producersearning $1 million ormore
