About the team + role

Robinhood’s Credit Card Product team is building the next generation of spending products for all Americans, starting with jaw-dropping Credit Cards.

Our team members drive never-before-seen products and features from concept to launch to hyperscale.

As a Product Manager on the Platform team , you will be at the core of shaping the future of our credit card and financial services infrastructure.

The team’s mission is to build a reliable, scalable platform that not only supports the lifecycle of the credit card, but also delivers exceptional user experiences for our customers.

You will have the opportunity to create a strong foundation that enables us to unlock next-generation credit card products and supercharge customer operations, ultimately helping drive best-in-class customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a team of engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists, and operators to better understand our customers and their most pressing needs
• Establish a product vision and shared set of priorities across the team and the company, which meet the most important needs of our customers
• Work with cross functional stakeholders such as legal, compliance, operations, finance, customer success, and more to ensure products are built the right way
• Deliver products on time with an extremely high quality bar
• Launch delightful and trendsetting consumer experiences

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s, Master's, or equivalent experience
• At least two years of product management experience building high-quality products
• Superb product and business sense
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• A strong sense of urgency and speed
• High standards and a strong work ethic - you always bring your best and expect your colleagues to do the same
• Delight in bringing innovation and impact to customers, particularly in complex and dynamic environments
• Experience in fintech products is a plus but is not required

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands.

The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.

This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan.

Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC) : $140,000 $165,000 USD

Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL) : $123,000 $145,000 USD

Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL) : $110,000 $129,000 USD
