As a Java Developer, you will play a crucial role in defining, designing, and delivering new features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create the next generation of dialog agents for applications in education, entertainment, and general question-answering.

Job Responsibilities :

• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews to uphold high standards of quality.
• Leverage Java expertise across all development aspects.
• Provide well-organized and annotated code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

Job Requirements :

• Open to candidates of all experience levels, from college grads to seasoned professionals.
• Knowledge of developing web applications using modular and scalable architectures.
• Strong emphasis on code readability, security, and stability, including testing.
• Good understanding of Java syntax and conventions.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Nice to have :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in software Quality Assurance and Test Planning.

Interview Process :

• Two internal interviews :
• 60-minute technical interview.
• 15-30 minute discussion on cultural fit and offer conditions.
