Job Description

The Management Development Program (MDP) is a 12-month on property paid training and development program. The program path consists of 80% work experience and 20% professional development.

The program is broken into two main phases : Phase 1 - Mastering Service & Department Knowledge and Phase 2 - Management Essentials, Leadership & Soft Skills Development.

Auberge Resorts currently offers several dedicated paths, with focus areas in : Food & Beverage, Culinary, and Rooms. Candidates will be asked during the recruitment phase to select their path of focus as well as their preferred property location.

Upon completion of all program components, the MDP will be placed into a management role (based on availability and willingness to relocate).

Please note this program has been exclusively designed for students or graduates from an accredited hospitality school within the United States.

Qualifications

The Management Development Program is specifically tailored for students or graduates from accredited hospitality schools within the United States.

While prior experience in hospitality is preferred, the following qualities are essential :

  • A demonstrated passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven willingness to learn, coupled with curiosity, resilience, and self-motivation.
  • The ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen interest in leadership and career advancement.

Offer letters to be issued within 2-4 weeks of completing the interview process.
