About the Role :
We seek a dynamic and experienced Manager with Health Insurance or Financial Service experience to join our Has Wealth Management and Insurance Solutions team in Meriden, CT.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and grow with a company dedicated to providing our clients with top-notch financial and insurance solutions
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage all aspects of the company's operations
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals
- Oversee and mentor staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of financial and insurance industry regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Health Insurance License
- Experience in selling Senior Health Benefits
