Job Description
DeAngelo Contracting Services (DCS) is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to lead field operations and ensure high standards of performance, safety, and customer service.
This role involves overseeing 4 to 7 crews, maintaining quality assurance, and providing comprehensive support across various operational facets.
Approx. start : 1 / 1 / 2025.
Operations Support :
Direct field supervision of employees, ensuring efficient crew management.
Recommend disciplinary actions, including terminations, as necessary.
Follow up on job quality and crew productivity to meet company standards.
Ensure foremen have the necessary equipment and materials as per contract specifications.
Perform spot checks on : Calibration of systems
Truck inspections
Safety inspections
Foreman’s paperwork for accuracy and legibility
Service :
Conduct follow-up contact with customers for quality assurance.
Document customer interactions and utilize feedback for crew and management improvement.
Assist foremen in addressing customer or public complaints.
Report potential liabilities immediately to management.
Training :
Provide ongoing training and support for employees in the field.
Conduct safety training sessions in collaboration with the Risk Management Department.
Facilitate technical training, including application techniques, equipment setup, calibration, and maintenance.
Support new hires by reinforcing training and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Assist in the development and implementation of in-house training programs.
Sales Support :
Contribute to sales efforts by attending pre-bid meetings and performing field assessments.
Identify prospective customers and follow up on bids.
Engage in discussions with customers regarding extra work or upcoming opportunities.
Safety :
Ensure all employees comply with regulatory and company safety policies and procedures.
