- Monday-Thursday, 3 : 55 PM - 2 : 00 AM
- Overtime as needed

Key Responsibilities :
- Operate HP 6000 Web Press digital print technologies.
- Provide color management support on every project.
- Collaborate with production team members to deliver top-quality labels and packaging for our customers.
- Focus on product quality, safety, team building, and effective waste management.
- Learn our business through fulfilling the needs of our customers.
Ideal Candidate Must Demonstrate :
- Ability to make fact-based decisions and troubleshoot print and press problems to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing technologies (hardware and software).
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines on multiple long- and short-term projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a diverse group of people and personalities.
- Ability to provide high levels of customer service, responding promptly and thoroughly to internal customer inquiries.
- Clear and effective communication with all team members.
Skills & Experience :
- Required : High school education
- Required : 2+ years of related experience
- Preferred : Certified Operator
- Preferred : Experience using computer and touchscreen technology to manage and complete tasks
- A Plus : Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality systems
