ICAM Engineer
Ractsol is seeking a cleared Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) Engineer to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining and evolving our virtual and network prototype infrastructure.
This dynamic role encompasses daily technical support, installation, maintenance, and optimization of software within a multi-vendor, multi-platform environment.
This position is on site in Columbia MD.
Position Responsibilities
Provide daily technical support for IAM tools and solutions.
Analyze system user requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.
Implement and administer IAM frameworks, including business processes, policies, and technologies.
Configure and manage IAM systems like Centrify, ADFS, VMware Workspace ONE, Okta, Ping Identity, Delinea, MFA, and SailPoint.
Utilize data security tools such as Fortra (Titus) and Bolden James.

Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of systems engineering experience.
High school diploma or GED with 24+ years of general systems engineering experience.
Strong technical skills, including knowledge of SSO, 2FA, MFA, PAM, and ICAM
Ability to perform tasks and solve complex technical challenges under limited supervision
Desired Skills
Familiarity with Ping and Delinea technologies
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience working in a dynamic lab environment
Clearance Secret Clearance & TS / SCI clearance with polygraph.
