Job Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager who will play a key role in managing client relationships, driving sales, and implementing effective strategies to increase revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.
This position involves leading sales efforts, fostering new and existing client connections, and overseeing key accounts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and nurture customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Lead sales initiatives for both new clients and existing accounts.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Utilize account management tools such as Zoho to track and enhance customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project and account management.
- Motivate and lead a customer support team to deliver outstanding service and support.
- Stay informed about industry trends, particularly in banking and financial services, to better serve clients.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in Account and Project Management.
- Strong background in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho) for managing customer accounts.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team to achieve customer service excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred but not required.
