- Customer service support for mobile apps and technology, handling troubleshooting, functionality of entering info, etc.
- Responsible for supporting 3 areas Website - will support browser maintenance, resetting passwords, helping to identify different issues clients may experience on the site, etc.
Mobile App - will support reloading mobile app, troubleshoot connectivity issues, navigation assistance, etc Online Financial Exchange (OFX) - will support identifying where to go to download info, review password bank inside 3rd party software, reset up, troubleshoot, etc.
This function sees increased volume during tax season
This role is client facing and talent will be interacting with 20-30 clients on a daily basis via phone and will be supporting multimillionaire clients so the ability for talent to provide white glove service is crucial.
The term white-glove services refersto assistance provided with an elevated level of care and attention to detail.
- Supporting basic tech skills : browser maintenance (clearing cache and cookies), how to download / install a program, understanding on how to reset a password (we'll teach you the exact steps).
- May be responsible for taking calls regarding general inquiries - excellent customer service is paramount
