This position is Onsite - Not Remote or Hybrid
What you will do :
- The Sales Development Representative is the link between the Outside Sales team and the prospect. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for developing and generating a quality sales pipeline for the outside sales team.
- Research and pre-qualify potential new prospects.
- Follow up on Warm Leads generated by the marketing team.
- Identify key decision makers and update database list of contacts.
- Reaching out via phone and email, quickly and confidently establishing rapport
- Listening and uncovering potential opportunities for The Morris Company.
- Provide accurate quotes to prospects and follow up on requests.
- Deliver on Key Performance Indicators (critical metrics-KPI's) to get results.
- Other tasks aligned with points listed above.

What you will bring
- BS / BA College Degree
- 1-2 years previous work experience in a customer facing role (prior experience in an outbound call environment is not required, although preferred)
- Strong desire to learn and advance in a sales career
