Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Medical Receptionist at Arne Chiropractic and Wellness Center. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, and general receptionist duties in a medical office setting.
In addition, this position also requires assisting the chiropractic doctors during appointments. The role will be located in Littleton, CO.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong passion and / or experience with holistic health and wellness and has a positive attitude! Huge plus for previous work experience in a chiropractic office or wellness center.
Qualifications
- Experience in appointment scheduling and receptionist duties
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Familiarity with medical terminology and medical office procedures
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and software
- Experience in a healthcare or chiropractic setting is a plus
- Has high level of self awareness
- Clear and strong communication
- High School diploma or equivalent
Hours
Part time up to 30 hours / week.
Preferred schedule : Tuesday-Friday with one or two alternating Saturdays a month
