Position : Public Relations and Marketing Specialist (Full-Time)
Location : Phoenix, AZ USA
Salary : $62,000 - $70,000 per year

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic PR and marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Craft compelling press releases, media pitches, and content for various marketing channels.
- Manage and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate and execute events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Monitor media coverage and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of PR and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Assist in managing social media accounts and digital marketing initiatives to engage target audiences.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in public relations, marketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of media relations and social media platforms.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative PR and marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
