Job Responsibilities :
- Administer oral and topical medication, including controlled substances to residents as prescribed by their attending physicians
- Promote and maintain the independence of residents
- Provide and assist residents with hygiene needs, such as bathing, showering and dressing
- Assist with ambulation and transportation needs of residents
- Encourage participation in the facility’s activity programs
- Assist hands-on care related to incontinence
- Reports on resident changes related to health and wellness
Requirements :
- Must have proof of COVID-19 Vaccination, be willing to obtain as a condition of employment, or have a qualifying exemption
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Work Time : Flexible scheduling, full time or part time
Salary Range : $18.50-$21.00 per hour
