Qualifications :
- Proven experience in driving business growth through beverage and bar programs.
- Strong financial acumen in P&L management, food, and labor costs.
- Background in multi-dimensional concepts with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience managing both FOH and BOH teams.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the ongoing development and enhancement of the Laguna Beach location.
- Oversee financial performance, focusing on P&L and cost management.
- Manage and develop the team, focusing on recruitment and hiring.
