About The Position
This OBGYN position offers the chance to join a Joint Commission-certified, Federally Qualified Health Center. This position offers the potential to transition into a Director role and make a lasting impact on the practice.

About the Practice :
- Join a collegial team with 7 MDs / DOs, 2 Physician Assistants, and 2 Women's Health Nurse Practitioners in a team-based environment
- This position offers the possibility of transitioning into a Director role with an additional stipend, allowing you to shape the future of the practice
- Work in a comprehensive healthcare setting, serving over 47,000 patients across 15 clinics
Opportunity Overview :
- Enjoy a competitive base salary, generous monthly productivity bonuses (averaging $30-40K after the first year)

- On-call responsibilities consist of approximately 8-9 calls per month, with rounding on patients the morning after finishing call
- Deliver at three separate local hospitals, with two offering robotic resources
