We pride ourselves on our professional approach and our ability to bring our clients' visions to life. We are currently looking for a driven and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success!

Responsibilities :

  • Client Communication : Send emails to both new and existing clients, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Lead Management : Contact potential leads to generate new business opportunities.
  • Financial Management : Manage company finances using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Data Management : Build and maintain Excel spreadsheets to track various business metrics and client information.
  • Scheduling : Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and trade show installations and dismantles.
  • Administrative Support : Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with the trade show industry is a plus.
  • Bachelors Degree preferred but not necessary.
