Responsibilities :
- Client Communication : Send emails to both new and existing clients, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Lead Management : Contact potential leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Financial Management : Manage company finances using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Data Management : Build and maintain Excel spreadsheets to track various business metrics and client information.
- Scheduling : Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and trade show installations and dismantles.
- Administrative Support : Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with the trade show industry is a plus.
- Bachelors Degree preferred but not necessary.
