Overview
Here at Foot Locker the Sr Mgr, Partner Marketing is responsible for developing integrated marketing plans for select accounts that build brand love and drive demand for Foot Locker and its brand person will work in close collaboration with the VP Partner Marketing to develop and drive initiatives that generate customer demand and support overall objectives.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage partner brand relationships, be a go-to leader who can create clear and actionable solutions and drive confidence
- Lead the development of annual branding for select partner brands ensuring the plan and meets goals and sales targets;
track and optimize the program to maximize results
- Use data to develop Foot Locker insight-led ideas, collaborations and activations to populate plans and drive demand.
- Write program briefs to enable cross-functional execution; recap all programs; manage programs end to end
- Fiscally manage contributions into Foot Locker and Kids Foot Locker marketing
- Follow defined brand partner and E2E processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally and globally with Project Management, Marketing, Creative, Product and Merchant teams to develop and maximize growth opportunities with brand partners
- Set campaign goals and KPIs and analyze and package program results and key takeaways
- Bring strong communication, organization and account management skills
- Support Partner Marketing Function as team evolves
- Manage 1 direct report
Qualifications
- 5+ years marketing experience within multi-vendor retail environment
- Bachelor's degreee in Marketing or related field.
- Proven history of driving successful and measurable campaigns and programs
- Confident manager and problem-solver with ability to work in a deadline driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Ability to lead, inspire teams
Benefits
The annual base salary range is $96000- $115000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
