As an Entry-Level Insurance Customer Service / Marketing Representative , youll play a key role in maintaining our agencys high standards of service and marketing outreach.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service : Respond promptly to inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support agency marketing initiatives : Promote agency services and outreach, fostering client engagement.
- Assist in sales activities : Present relevant insurance solutions and cross-sell as needed.
- Manage client documentation : Keep accurate records and update client files as required.
- Follow up on claims and policy changes : Ensure clients are informed and satisfied with ongoing processes.
- Participate in community events and outreach : Represent the agency in local events to build relationships and enhance brand presence.
Requirements
- Candidate Must Have an Active Property and Casualty Insurance License to be considered (required).
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Professional, goal-oriented, and reliable.
- Honesty and transparency in all interactions.
