The Project Manager provides project-level support at all stages of the project life cycle, as well as assistance with administrative systems of the office.
The Project Manager acts as the client-facing company representative in the absence of a Partner and communicates information regarding estimates, bids, budget adjustments, take-offs and schedules.
Skills to be successful at this job :
- 5+ years as a PM
- Bluebeam or Procore (or similar) experience
- P6 or Microsoft project (or similar) experience
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- 3+ years Multifam project experience
- Competency in the construction or architecture fields
- Knowledge of building codes, regulation, zoning and standards in Texas
- Specific zoning in Austin, Dallas or Houston
