A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead a large-scale federal IT modernization program.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide overall management and strategic direction for all contract support operations
Lead planning, coordination, and execution of all program activities, ensuring alignment with USCIS mission goals
Oversee the development and implementation of program schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk mitigation strategies
Required Qualifications :
U.S. Citizenship required
Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Public Trust Clearance
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration
Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Minimum of 10 years of experience managing complex IT programs within the federal sector
