Job Details
Responsibilities :
- Project Leadership : Manage ground-up commercial projects, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Budget and Schedule Management : Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Quality Assurance : Maintain rigorous quality standards throughout the construction process, paying meticulous attention to every detail.
- Risk Management : Identify potential risks and proactively address them to minimize project disruptions.
- Client Communication : Foster positive relationships with clients, keeping them informed about project progress and addressing any concerns.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Safety Compliance : Prioritize safety on-site, enforcing compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications :
- 3 years of experience in ground-up commercial construction.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, understanding specifications, and managing construction processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
