Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Full Stack Software Developer!
- Join a team of innovative developers that are responsible for providing a new modernized collaboration and business process solution to facilitate information exchange between various DOD and Industry Partners.
- Primary responsibility will be providing application development and production support. The end product will be an automated solution to register and track information vital to the enterprise.
- Engage with the customer throughout the development process, elicit requirements, troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely delivery of the solution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate design concepts into a final product.
- The position will require working on a fast-paced team in an agile environment and a willingness to take on challenges to creatively solve customer requirement problem sets.
- The opportunity to telework one day a week is offered for this effort.
Required Qualifications :
- TS / SCI with Polygraph
- A bachelor's degree and six (6) years of experience in software development / engineering in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Ten (10) years of software development experience may be substituted in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
- Experience with one of the following JavaScript or CSS frameworks : React, Bootstrap, with the willingness and ability to pivot to one of the others.
- Working understanding of SQL and / or NoSQL databases
- Ability to work during core hours of 10AM-2PM Monday - Friday. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Desired Qualifications :
- Experience with GitLab
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards (ADA Section508 compliance)
- UX (User Experience) or UI (User Interface) design experience can benefit the candidate
