Since 2010, Chef Lon Symensma has been wowing the Denver restaurant scene with his modern take on Asian food. We are a high volume, high energy concept that is incredibly busy 7 nights a week.
We focus on from scratch cooking, world class wine & cocktails, and warm genuine hospitality night in and night out. The success of our flagship store has led to us opening other concepts across the city.
This inlcudes the highly rated Gusto Italia that has become the spot to go for incredible regional Italian cuisine and one of the best wine programs in the city.
YumCha with its casual approach, specializing in dumplings and noodles. LeRoux that has evolved into an intimate space focussing on small plates with mediterranean influences.

Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Implement strategy and set goals for growth
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
- Set policies and processes
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
- Direct the employee assessment process
- Prepare regular reports for upper management
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
Skills
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
- Experience in planning and budgeting
- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, procurement, operations etc.)
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Fine Dining exeperience a plus
- Wine knowledge
