Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, meeting the quality standards that Edward's Stone is known for.
- Utilize and continually develop your leadership skills to guide and motivate project teams.
- Plan and schedule project timelines effectively, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
- Assemble and coordinate project staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with 3rd party clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Provide regular project updates to clients, maintaining transparency and trust.
- Monitor job progress, implementing changes in orders as needed to keep projects on track.
Qualifications :
- Proven track record of successful project management.
- 2+ years of construction experience preferred, enhancing your effectiveness in managing projects and collaborating with our teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
