Business Development Manager needed for Staffing Connection, an established staffing provider serving the light and heavy industrial markets. This is a hybrid/remote position in Atlanta/Norcross or the surrounding areas offering a qualified candidate the opportunity to build and manage a light industrial staffing business locally. We have branch locations with local recruiters serving this market READY to fill temp labor orders immediately! Our culture is finding light industrial staffing producers who source, build and maintain their own book of staffing business.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work in assigned territory to help increase market share by researching leads, identifying opportunities, prospecting/cold calling potential new customers who use industrial temp workers and closing new business relationships. Producers only, in an outside sales capacity.
- Understand the needs of prospective customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet those needs.
- Submit pricing and solicit service agreement from new customers on a daily basis. Manage the sales process, working with local recruiters and operations to grow the business.
- Have a strong understanding of the businesses’ products & services and be able to articulate those to prospective and current customers.
- Work directly with new and existing clients to establish, develop and grow temporary staffing relationships.
- Respond to and effectively manage client requests or concerns to meet or exceed their expectations.
- Confidently work with senior leaders to support sales and customer service commitments.
- Promote and follow all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 – 6 years of relationship-based selling. (staffing or a like industry preferred).
Proven track record of success in your sales career. - Highest commitment to customer service and strategic business development.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects independently.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRMs.
- Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with a diverse employee and client base.
- Desire to work in a collaborative team environment to support others.
- Bilingual-English and Spanish is a plus.
EDUCATION:
BS/BA in Business or relevant field preferred but not required, along with 2-5 years experience in an industrial environment (staffing, sales, sales management or human resources). If you don't have this but run a great outside sales process PLEASE APPLY AS WELL!!!
