We are representing an established General Contractor in their search for a Superintendent to oversee Affordable Housing construction projects in the Greater Bay Area.
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all aspects of construction projects including planning, safety and quality control
- Assess risks and establish contingency plans as required
- Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained on-site
- Establish and manage relationships with Clients and Subcontractors
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent overseeing Multifamily ground-up construction projects
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
