Responsibilities :
The Technical Customer Service Representative plays a key role in providing exceptional customer service to real estate professionals, including agents, brokers, and other stakeholders within the real estate industry.
Key Duties :
Respond to phone inquiries regarding compliance violations, providing information to callers or directing them to the appropriate team member.
Track call details in a management report to document issues and outline resolution steps.
Maintain thorough documentation of all compliance activities, including recording complaints received and tracking investigation results.
Manage, update, and report data daily using spreadsheets and Word documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Address billing inquiries related to compliance, discuss potential violations, and issue credits as necessary.
Handle email communications, audit listing photos for compliance issues, and coordinate with IDX vendors as needed.
Skills and Qualifications :
Proven customer service experience, ideally in a compliance or call center setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with database tools is beneficial, and SQL knowledge is a plus.
Knowledge of IDX systems is advantageous.
Pay Details : $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
