Job Description : Evaluate, treat, plan care, and prescribe exercises for patient caseload.- Provide accurate and timely documentation in EMR for all treatments provided.
- Manage appropriate discharge and follow-up for patients.- Supervise support staff, including PTAs and aides.- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients in compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver exceptional patient-centric experiences.- Demonstrate an engaging, friendly, and professional demeanor with patients.
