NorthernRiverview Healthcare Center is seeking a fulltime Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager forour skilled nursing facility.
The ideal candidate will have priormanagement experience in a Skilled Nursing setting.

DUTIES :
- Maintains nursing guidelines by writing and updatingpolicies and procedures.
- Completes Residentcare requirements by scheduling and assigning nurses andstaff
- Establishes a compassionate environmentby providing support to Residents and families.
- Provides information to Residents and health careteam.
- Maintains safe and clean workingenvironment.
- Maintains Resident confidence bymonitoring confidential information processing.
- Maintains documentation of Resident careservices.
- Maintains nursing suppliesinventory
- Maintains a cooperative relationshipamong health care teams
REQUIREMENTS :
- Must hold valid NYS RN License
- LTCExperience Preferred
- Basic computerskills
- Excellent communicationskills
