Position Overview : As a Finance Business Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving financial excellence and operational efficiency within our organization.
Leveraging your extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams, ensuring procedural compliance, managing invoicing processes, and spearheading transformative projects, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of our company.
Your proven track record of driving company growth and reducing bad debt will be invaluable as you collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize financial processes and support strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Leadership and Team Management :
- Join team of Business Partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, empowering them to achieve their goals and excel in their roles.
- Foster collaboration and cross-functional communication to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the finance organization.
Procedural Compliance and Invoicing :
- Oversee procedural compliance within the finance department, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Manage invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual agreements.
- Implement controls and quality assurance measures to mitigate risks and optimize invoice processing efficiency.
Financial Projects and Initiatives :
- Play an instrumental role in various projects and initiatives aimed at driving company growth and reducing bad debt.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Lead the implementation of new systems, tools, and technologies to enhance financial operations and support strategic objectives.
Strategic Financial Management :
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic financial plans aligned with company objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis and industry best practices to support decision-making.
- Drive initiatives to optimize revenue generation, reduce costs, and improve overall financial performance.
