Position : Registered Nurse - First Assistant (RNFA)
Location : Spokane, WA
Start Date : 11 / 04 / 2024
Shift : Day 4x10-Hour (06 : 00 - 16 : 00)
Job Description :
As an RNFA , you will assist in cardiac surgeries, performing advanced tasks such as tissue cutting, suturing, and acting as a first assistant.
Your experience as a circulator or scrub RN will be critical in ensuring successful surgical outcomes while supporting the overall OR team.
Requirements :
- Experience : Must be able to scrub all cardiac cases
- Certifications Required :
- RNFA Certification
- Valid WA or Compact RN License (required at time of submission)
- Charting Experience : Epic required
- On-Call Requirements : 1-2x per week
- Weekend Requirements : On-call only
- Ratio : 1 : 1
- Float Between Units : No
- Other Requirements : Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
