We are actively seeking Insurance Sales Representative at our office located at 1360 S Wadsworth Blvd Ste 200, Lakewood, CO 80232 .
This program offers comprehensive training, mentorship from experienced agency owners, and the opportunity to establish your own agency upon successful completion.
Salary and Work Hours
- Total Annual Compensation : $60,000 - $90,000
- Work Schedule : Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
- Create insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and close sales
- Participate in local community events
- Develop networking relationships with key stakeholders such as Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, etc.
- Foster and maintain client relationships
- Use lead management systems effectively
- Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to acquire State of CO Property and Casualty, Life and Health insurance licenses
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Keen to learn, intuitive, resourceful, and receptive to feedback
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Strong desire for personal and professional growth
