Position Overview
The Channel Business Development Manager will join the existing sales team as an individual contributor. You will build relationships with new partners to create a more diversified partner ecosystem to deliver on our growth targets.
You will focus on growing the business within North America, reporting to the Sr Director, Americas Partner Sales.
This is a remote role located in the United States.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue revenue-generating opportunities through strategic partnerships, such as joint selling, co-marketing, and co-development initiatives
Together with other regions, you will develop a global ISV partnering model and program to drive year-over-year growth, building partner revenues to meet and exceed regional sales targets
You will build and lead sustainable and mutually beneficial partnerships with the ISVs, Hyperscalers, and cloud alliances
Develop an understanding of the tech landscape, including market dynamics, competitor offerings, and potential applications of the company's technology
Help develop the company's long-term partner / channel strategy, aligning it with growth targets and milestones
Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends
Work closely with channel, product, industry and sales teams to identify partnership targets that will contribute material revenue and / or product advantage
Build out operations, processes, and templates to scale the Business Development function
Cross-functional alignment with sales, product, operations, and finance
You will establish programs around repeatable IP and solution investments, resulting in essential go-to market plans
Drive revenue growth and cloud adoption to exceed program revenue and pipeline targets
Interface with internal leadership and external customers at the executive CxO level
Closely collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including Field Sales, Business Development, Product, Finance, Marketing, Training, Operations and Legal
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of quota-carrying experience in SaaS Business Development roles
Experience with ISVs, Hyperscalers, Regional Systems Integrators
Experience working and building unique channel relationships
Technical or product management background is beneficial
Analytical, able to take data and turn it into solutions to problems
Bachelor’s degree in business management, related field or equivalent experience

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $221,300 and $320,320.
OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location and may exceed this range.
In addition to base salaries and / or OTE for sales roles, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
