Remote | Infrastructure Project Manager | 70/hr

12 month Contract, Infrastructure Project Manager, Fully Remote, $70 / hr.

Project Scope : This project involves the decommissioning of approximately 4K legacy systems.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to organize and prioritize the decommissioning of critical assets, ensuring an efficient and strategic approach
• Participate in weekly status meetings with client stakeholders to present project plans, address any blockers, and provide status updates following each conversion.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Strong background in healthcare IT
• Exceptional organizational, discovery, and documentation skills; capable of leading client stakeholder meetings, coordinating with engineering teams, reporting to Vaco leadership, and preparing detailed meeting minutes
• Proven ability to lead teams through complex, multi-phase decommissioning processes
• Proficiency with Confluence, Smartsheets, and Microsoft Teams
• Familiarity with Waterfall methodology preferred
