What We Offer :

• Salary Range : $65,000 to $75,000 (based on experience)
• Full Time : 40 hours / 5-day work week (including 2 Saturdays per month)
• 90 day paid training

Responsibilities :

• This role will report to the Store Manager
• Overseeing & directing performance of the sales team
• Ensure client relationships are built & follow up is completed
• Participate in setting sales quotas & goals
• Training all sales representatives
• Overseeing sales, promotions & campaigns
• Tracking & analyzing sales statistics
• Handling & resolving customer complaints
• Help to maintain showroom by keeping samples, displays & common areas neat, current & clean
• Expected to complete aspects of sales role :
• provide outstanding customer service & determine needs
• keep up to date on the wide selection of products & services
• schedule appointments to meet at client’s homes or workplace to provide design advice
• providing sample suggestions
• gather space / area measurements & calculate number of materials needed for projects
• create project estimate / proposal for client review
• scheduling installation team & performing quality control throughout project
• communicate with vendors to determine product specifications and availability

Desired Skills & Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2-4 years’ proven work experience in Retail Management, Sales Manager, Flooring Sales, Flooring Installation, or similar role
• Valid driver’s license & reliable form of transportation (REQUIRED)
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms & Microsoft Office
• Ability to set sales targets & achieve them effectively
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends & sales patterns
• Exceptional critical thinking & problem-solving ability
• Strong personal & professional judgment
• Ability to adapt & respond quickly to customers’ needs / wants
• Organizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
• Able to guide & mentor sales representatives
• Advanced time management skills & detailed oriented
• A positive attitude & desire to exceed expectations
• Knowledge of the flooring & design industry a plus (Willing to train)
• Knowledge of RFMS a plus (Willing to train)
