- Annual Fit Test required.
- Health Statement needs to be updated annually.
- 2 Step PPD OR IGRA must be done within 1 year or Negative IGRA within 90 days of the start date.
- Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation must be completed.
- Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding is done onsite.
