WHAT YOU'LL DO :

  • Assist in the preparation and review of contracts
  • Communicate with clients and vendors regarding contract terms and conditions
  • Ensure all contract documents are accurate and up-to-date
  • Manage contract databases and filing systems
  • Provide administrative support to the contract department
  • Assist in the development and implementation of contract policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Type 50 WPM
  • Organization skills and attention to detail a must
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Previous Customer service experience preferred
  • Overnight travel (2-3 nights annually)
  • SAP Background Plus
