Contract Department Generalist

WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Assist in the preparation and review of contracts
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding contract terms and conditions
- Ensure all contract documents are accurate and up-to-date
- Manage contract databases and filing systems
- Provide administrative support to the contract department
- Assist in the development and implementation of contract policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Type 50 WPM
- Organization skills and attention to detail a must
- Critical thinking skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Previous Customer service experience preferred
- Overnight travel (2-3 nights annually)
- SAP Background Plus
