Inbound Leads : Handle incoming leads efficiently, addressing inquiries and offering suitable insurance options.
Policy Customization : Create and recommend insurance plans tailored to each client's unique requirements.
Cross-selling : Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage by recommending additional policies or products.
Relationship Management : Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Professional Development : Stay informed about industry trends and updates to deliver informed recommendations.
Requirement
Licensing : Possess or be willing to obtain an active Wisconsin Property & Casualty License and an active Wisconsin Life insurance license.
Sales Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.Interpersonal Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
