As a Technical Account Manager, you will manage technical integrations and relationships with some of the largest retailers in North America, and help them monetize their audience, maximize sales, and optimize their customer experience.
What Youll Do
- Become a trusted technical partner and solutions consultant for a portfolio of retailers.
- Support technical developments, upgrades, and migrations in line with both internal and external business and technical roadmaps.
- Identify inventory expansion and business optimization opportunities and partner with Customer Success Managers to recommend implementation of new ad placements and formats, or rollout of product features to maximize ad coverage and performance.
- Monitor integrations quality and performance, and proactively identify issues or defects in implementation for retailers in your portfolio.
- Quickly respond to any issue, via troubleshooting, mitigation, and both internal and external communications.
- Develop preventive measures and document issue resolution procedures.

- Customer-centric You have strong listening skills, and are willing to understand customers needs, and transform blockers into solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of experience as a technical solutions engineer, technical account manager, solutions architect, or in similar roles.
- 1+ years of client facing technical experience in the online advertising industry.
- Strong level of autonomy, combined with a curious, proactive mindset.
- Ability to review and debug code in the following software languages : HTML, JavaScript, SQL, XML.
- Proven record of technical project management skills, in client facing environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication (both oral and written) skills, as well as a strong sense of customer service.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong level of autonomy, combined with a curious, proactive mindset.
