BayCare offers a variety of assignment options including : · System Pool- 13-week full time assignment for assigned department - unit provided schedule - block scheduling not available- no mileage requirementCurrent assignments available at Winter Haven Hospital - Winter HavenThe Registered Nurse works in a hospital setting and independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.

Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.· The registered nurse collaborates and communicates with inter-disciplinary care providers in developing and assisting in plan of care.

Organizes and prioritizes and updates plan of care in collaboration with patient, family, and significant others in the departments· Identifies patients at risk for injury regarding diagnosis, medication, procedure, age, etc.

Requirements : · Registered Nurse license· BLS, ACLS and PALS are required.· Associate degree in nursing (ASN)· 18 months current RN experience in an acute ER setting is required.

• 2 years current RN experience in an acute ER setting is strongly preferred.· Prior experience with Cerner EMR strongly preferred.
• Must have independent transportation for assignments / shifts.· Flexibility· Travel Nurse experience preferred.· CEN preferred.
