Key Responsibilities
Project Management : Manage project based initiatives of the company including managing changes to project scope, schedule, and budget.
Assess change impacts and implement appropriate adjustments. Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including executives, project sponsors, and team members.
Communicate project progress, issues, and outcomes to stakeholders regularly. Conduct post-project evaluation and review.
Document lessons learned, best practices, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure smooth project closure and transition of deliverables.
Resource Management : Allocate and manage resources (personnel, budget, technology, equipment) across projects to optimize efficiency.
Monitor resource utilization and adjust allocations to support project priorities. Hold team members accountable for deliverables and deadlines.
Demonstrated Leadership : Lead by example and uphold the company's values. Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to team members.
Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and high performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with other departments, including IT, sales, finance, marketing, engineering and operations to align strategies and drive coordinated efforts towards company goals.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, management, engineering, or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in project management or program management, managing multiple concurrent projects or programs of varying complexity and scope.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. PMP, PgMP, or other relevant project management certification preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage priorities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively.
- Technical Knowledge :
- Epicor Kinetic experience a plus
- Proficiency with ERP systems and supported business processes
- Google Workspace & Microsoft Office365 productivity tools
- Proficiency with project management tracking tools
- Experience in manufacturing processes
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior in all project / program management activities.
