Immediate need for an Inside Sales Support Representative seeking to work for a successful company in the East Bay Area specializing in HVAC and Plumbing Engineering Services.

Job Description :

• Provide Top Notch Customer Service
• Keep up to date with knowledge of the inventory and catalog in order to inform customers about products and answer questions as well as to increase sales.
• Accurately provide inventory information, order entry / status, changes in delivery schedules, and pricing & quotations to customers and outside sales.
• Discuss special pricing situations with sales engineers or supervisors.
• Attend to expedited order within 24 hours.
• Prepare, write-up, enter, and process orders accurately and on time.
• Ensure pre-lien information as received on contractor ordered material.
• Process returns.
• Assist with Requests for Service
• Perform Competitive Quotation Memos with assistance when required.
• Other duties as assigned.

A qualified candidate will have the following skills / experience :

• Highly Detail-oriented
• Ability to provide exceptional Customer service
• Great Phone handling skills.
