job_description.job_card.job_description18-20 pts per day - 20 minute follow ups, 40 minute new pt 100% adult endocrinology Analyzing, examining, and investigating patients and their medical histories for signs and symptoms of hormonal imbalances. Advising, ordering, and performing tests and interpreting the results. Discussing diagnoses with patients, explaining treatment options, and giving advice on medications, lifestyle and dietary changes, and other preventative measures. Carrying out follow-up appointments, monitoring patient progress, adjusting treatment plans and medications, and updating patient records. Board Certified or Board Eligible Active VA License Ability to manage Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes patients
Coverage Needed
- December 1, 2025 - Ongoing
- Full Time Monday - Friday, 8am-4 : 30pm
- First patient is at 8 : 20am
- May need Call coverage every 3-4 months,
