Solar Consultant Role :

You’ll be setting and closing appointments for our suite of residential solar products.

We’ll provide on-boarding and weekly training meetings for your success.

You’ll need a driver’s license and the ability to provide your own transportation.

1 : You are as independent as the Solar System you sell.

• No mandatory anything. We always have company events, meetings, and instructional seminars to attend but your attendance is not required because if you do not need the help because you are already a high level producer then spend your time selling and connecting with the community! However If you are a new salesman and need to learn how to handle the entire process we are here to help!
• Think of yourself as a full provider of all that is energy and savings to your customer. You just sell the job with our assistance and then we handle it from there! We want to give you the freedom to spend as much time selling solar the way that you love.

Literally just sell and hand it off.

What We Are Looking For

Should have previous experience and success in sales, generating leads, and / or closing door-to-door residential appointments.

A professional with a firm work ethic committed to problem-solving and results.

Someone that is trying to increase their sales revenue by collecting more commission per sale.

Requirements :

MUST BE WILLING TO GET HIS (Home Improvement Salesperson) LICENSE WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA

Compensation :

Appointments generated and set by Solar Consultant will have a more aggressive comission structure.

Appointments that are set by the company for Solar Consultants will be anywhere in the greater San Diego area, he or she will be responsible to attend appointments at customers home to close the deal.

Consultant will be paid a larger than industry standard commission for closing the deal. The more deals you close, the more appointments you will receive from company.

If you prove yourself as a successful closer the company will sponsor two lead sources per salesman.
