CallCenter RepresentativeResponsibilities :
Handleinbound customer calls professionally addressing inquiriesresolving issues and providing information about ourservices
Conductoutbound calls to potential customers introducing our products andservices
Meetweekly and monthly quotas for call volume and salestargets
Maintainaccurate records of all customer interactions in our CRMsystem
Collaboratewith team members to share best practices and improve overallperformance
Participatein regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge andcustomer serviceskills
Escalatecomplex issues to the Call Center Manager whennecessary
Maintaina positive and professional demeanor even in challenging customerinteractions
Requirements
03Years experience in customer service call centers or similarrole.
Excellentverbal and written communicationskills.
Highlydeveloped social skills enjoys interpersonal communication andspeaks clearly and withpoise.
Strongcustomer service orientation with the ability to build rapportquickly.
Proficientcomputer skills and ability to learn new softwaresystems
Abilityto multitask and manage time effectively in a fastpacedenvironment

Project Manager Requirements : Proven experience in accountmanagement, project management, or a similar role. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational andmultitasking abilities. Ability to upsell or add-on products toincrease revenue. Proficient in using CRM software.
