What You’ll Do
- Lead the Human Resources function for the cluster properties.
- Use financial information and other analytics to make strategic decisions around staffing, hiring, etc.
- Lower number of EEOC claims, litigation, and corporate HR escalations
- Develop and implement strategies for lower turnover rates and higher employee retention.
- Effectively pass compliance audits such as OSHA, I-9 as conducted.
- Lead engagement efforts through rallies, training and other associate focused activations
