What You’ll Do

  • Lead the Human Resources function for the cluster properties.
  • Use financial information and other analytics to make strategic decisions around staffing, hiring, etc.
  • Lower number of EEOC claims, litigation, and corporate HR escalations
  • Develop and implement strategies for lower turnover rates and higher employee retention.
  • Effectively pass compliance audits such as OSHA, I-9 as conducted.
  • Lead engagement efforts through rallies, training and other associate focused activations

What You’ll Bring

  • Self-Starter and motivator
  • Organized, meets deadlines, and ability to multi-tasks.
  • Great investigation skills. Able to see hidden meanings, gather the facts, ask the right questions and determine the right course of action.
  • Able to coach and educate in the development and mentoring process.
