Schedule : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM or 8 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM for 2 days per week

Responsibilities :

• Conduct DOT physicals
• Manage worker's compensation cases
• Perform staple removal and suturing
• No sick visits or pediatric cases
