Collaborate with leadership to identify AI opportunities and drive strategy. Conduct training sessions on model development and interaction principles. Monitor and improve prompt performance and system efficiency. Stay current with AI, NLP, and ML trends and tools. Support content and product teams with engineering best practices. Generate and share performance and development reports. 2+ years of professional experience in AI, NLP, and LLMs or related fields. 2+ years of programming experience in Python or R. Background in computer science, AI, or related disciplines. Familiarity with data structures, formats, and modeling. Ability to write clear instructions for NLP models. Bonus : Experience in software engineering, library science, or data science. Strong command of English and linguistic nuance. Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and data analytics.
